Most of the documents required in a Home Information Pack are required at a later stage during the sale process anyway, so by having a Home Information Pack this information is available up-front. We believe that having a Home Information Pack in place will lead to fewer sales falling through several weeks or even months into the sale and thus take a lot of the stress out of the whole process
